Important Safety Measure:
- Keep safe distance to the burner. Please allow a couple of minutes to reach optimum temperature and flame height.
- Let the fuel burn out completely if possible. This prevent ethanol left in the burner.
- If you want to refill it, never pour fuel into the burning flame. First allow the burner to cool down for at least 15 minutes before refilling.
- If you wish to extinguish the flame before the fuel has completely burned out, please use the stainless steel fire cover tool.
- Never leave an open fire unattended at any time.

Returns Policy
At Living and Home we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 30 day return policy on all products.
If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
However if you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs. The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).
