If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
However if you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs. The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
