- Avoid running the cord under carpets to prevent overheating.
- Do not hang the unit below an electrical outlet on a wall.
- Regularly check air vents, cords and plugs, ensuring they remain dry and clean.
- Use caution with the heater near children and never leave it unattended; unplug when not in use.
- Heater surfaces get hot during use; avoid touching.
- Do not open the unit; no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Discontinue use if the outlet or faceplate becomes hot.
- Handle the glass front panel with extreme caution.
OPERATION GUIDE
- Bluetooth Link
- Turn on the heater.
- Activate the cellular data, WiFi and Bluetooth functions on your phone.
- Connect by selecting the Bluetooth name "JX-BT."
- Confirmation of a successful link will be indicated by a beep emitted from the machine.
- Panel Control
- Press the Rocker Switch to connect/disconnect the power supply.
- Press the Power Button to turn on/off the heater.
- Press the Flame Button to control the flame brightness from Level 1 to 6, L3 is the default level.
- Press the Time Button to set the working time from 1 to 9 hours.
- Press the Heating Button to control the temperature: once for low, twice for high, again for off.
- MP3/FM Playing
- USB and SD card interfaces allow for direct connection and usage.
- Connected to the phone separately, keypad and app link are not available.
- Infrared/Bluetooth Remote Control

Returns Policy
At Living and Home we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 30 day return policy on all products.
If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
However if you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs. The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
