You can check the tracking number of your order by logging into your account on the "My Orders" page. Once your parcel has been dispatched, the tracking number will be uploaded to our store's website.
If you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs.The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
