Found that two panels were damaged. I Have sent photos and requested replacement parts with no satisfactory response.

My only gripe is the one page instruction manual is shocking. Even as an engineer it takes time to decipher.
Our delivery came in 3 stages. Parcel 1 of 3 and 3 of 3 arrived separately but on the same day. Parcel 2 of 3 arrived almost a week later delaying the building which was required a.s.a.p. We had also engaged a joiner which we had to postpone! EVRI is renowned for its poor service so suggest company looks at a different carrier! Other than that it was easy to order on-line which made the delivery situation very disappointing.
