Looks great and the fan has been a godsend. The instructions were very basic and I had to ask customer service how to switch between bright and softer lighting as itโs not shown anywhere. Quick delivery and packed well.

Very unhappy with the service item and service. Firstly I ordered a gold colour ceiling light from them but I received Rose Gold colour. They only offered a 5% refund for the mistake. They offered free collection but they didnโt understand that I needed a light as soon as possible. So to order another one with take way too long and will not serve my purpose
