The product sold did not match the description; I am truly disappointed.
Delivery came in two parts but on time.There is no customer service number but email response was quicker. Product is according to it's description.

Bought this last year when it was £339 for my autistic son as I wanted to encourage him to grow veg. We didn’t open it till spring when the weather was milder. We’ve concreted it into the ground, added aluminium strips to secure the polycarbonate sheets and tied rope around it and it has still fallen apart. The sheets are so flimsy, they blow out at the slightest breeze. After the storm the other night it has now been damaged too much to save. My son has about 100 organic garlics, spring onions and a lemon tree with no shelter now. A lit if money to Kay for a product that has barely lasted 6 months erected. So very disappointed
Really disappointed in this product. Its incredibly flimsy and took an experienced handyman 3 hours to assemble! Ive also cut myself on one of the edges since Ive had it. The lock is ok but the lid doesnt close easily. Overall I would NOT recommend!
