Good product and fast delivery. The instructions could be better (actually, much better) but like Ikea you tend to do trial & error. We did have a problem being a critical part was missing which meant we could not use it but to the company's credit, Customer Service (Zoe & Sunny from LH Customer Service) arranged for the part to be FedEx'd from China and we got the part within 5 days.In the end, it worked out. I would also suggest that its better to get a good base - the petal base is tad fiddly and in hind sight we should have got the water tank base for stability.
Great product
This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. None of the holes line up properly, and the instructions are completely unclear—both in the booklet and online.
It’s been over six hours with three people working on this shed, and we still haven’t managed to finish. On top of that, it doesn’t even seem like there are enough screws or washers included.
As the attached pictures show, some holes line up, but then suddenly others are completely off, forcing us to drill our own just to make progress.
An absolute waste of money and time.
