The sofa arrived with a tear in the hinge area. It was also clear that some patches had been applied to the wooden parts, which made the wood look uneven and poor quality.
In addition, the assembly was terrible. Some holes were missing, and the screws were extremely difficult to fit.
When I asked to return the product, the customer service by email was extremely frustrating. I spent days going back and forth with solutions that were not viable, despite explaining the problem several times.
On top of that, a collection was eventually arranged, but the courier did not show up. This was already weeks after I first requested the return. The collection has now been rescheduled again, leaving me with a huge box containing the sofa sitting in the middle of my home.

The item is advertised as if your buying the stand and fire and is not clear on website they give measurements for both and state like your getting both I was only sent fire when I contacted to get refund because fire is useless without stand they only offer me to choose alternative since asking for full refund they have not responded or gave me refund it’s disgusting customer service ! I’m now £200 out of pocket with a fire I don’t want avoid at all costs

Bought the item got it installed by electrician. Within couple of days the led light stopped working. Had to get this investigated costing more money. Suspected driver failure. Contacted Living and Home who said longer delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks.
