Nice piece of furniture, delivery experience ruined by a rude courier
Whilst the sofa is exactly as expected - comfortable but sturdy - the delivery went so wrong that I will think twice before ordering again from this store.
First, a call from the driver who was unable to locate the address in a new development and expected that I will be able to direct him from wherever he was (I was driving myself at the time). Driver: "Remember I have other deliveries too!"
The notice was quite late but luckily my wife managed to get back home. The furniture was dropped at the door. A request to help her bring it in (49 kilos) was rudely dismissed.
I would suggest to make it clear in your T&Cs that delivery to doorstep is all we can expect, so we can plan accordingly or shop elsewhere. As for me, the latter. I have seen your competition do it better without leaving customers flabbergasted.

I only wish I could add the description and pictures you claim come with this purchase. Just as I wish I could add a picture of the instructions to show what didn't arrive with my purchase. Perhaps the loophole in the instructions for your benefit is the fact you state (Your purchase may vary from this list of items included but it won't affect the performance) I really wanted the six warm LED lights on top as you said it won't stop the water from running. I know why this is 50% off. For the benefit of those looking for an honest review. It's because 50% of what you paid for doesn't actually meet the items in the instructions list or the description of this item. I just wish I had read the reviews on all the failed customers that ordered this product from varies brand names but all in all are sold from this company. You may ask why I have not got in touch with you in regards to this matter but I guess you.already.know the answer to that question too. If this review saves just one purchase for this item then I shall take my hit on the chin to save others from disappointment.
Disappointed that some of the bindings on the legs and table top were broken, but as it would have been to much hassle to re pack and send back we have superglue them.
