Just purchased this for my Living Room redecoration project. Very happy! A very well built fireplace, really easy to put to together and looks really smart in my Living Room. Whilst I havent used the actual Fire much as yet, it looks really nice and adds a nice cosy effect to the room and produces good heat. The product arrived in two parts on two seperate days - my only slight negative about my experience; notifications and communication regarding the deliveries was poor, and whilst I was pleased they both arrived early, some notice would have been nice to avoid my neighbour having to take both deliveries as I was out at work. That said, very happy with the fireplace and would definately purchase from this company again. Thankyou

The fireplace and TV stand are lovely when complete. I myself had some issues relating to the TV stand, which was missing a few important parts. Took week to arrive but so far very happy with chairs, look pleasing to the eye and stack nicely, going to be used inside and outside so perfect for that.
A great piece of kit. Very well made. Excellent quality. But it is large, heavy and awkward to manoeuvre so some people might find it difficult to assemble and move around. A cover isn’t supplied and I haven’t yet found one that might be suitable. This means that late autumn every year it will have to be taken down and stored in the garage. No mean feat.
Whilst the size is perfect for our area the mechanism is tough and it needs ‘coaxing’ open, especially the first few times. Instructions are just diagrams no words which can be confusing and you need to buy the weight base extra - i got the large square water tank which seems to be very efficient and easy to move with wheels and handles. Hopefully it will stand up to the winds - only time will tell.
