The table I ordered was delivered with a fault with the rattan fabric. I emailed photos of the problem on a Thursday which was answered within a couple of hours. On Monday morning I received another email telling me that as a good will gesture they were going to send me a second table free of charge. The speed with which the problem was sorted to my complete satisfaction is something that other companies should try to emulate
