Why send this email when I have yet to receive the stool?

Very pretty garland complete with snow ,great decoration.
Surprised at how lightweight this unit is. Strong winds blew it half way up the garden, thankfully we hadn't finish assembling it.So many screws to put it together, definitely need two people to assemble, and a fence to screw the unit to.
