Good product, top of unit was damaged when it arrived.
Very poor considering the extra I had to pay for carriage due to where I live.

Looks amazing and delivery wasamazingly quick im so please with it and would recommend it to my friends and family.
The packaging could have done with a bit more thought . Some of the components had moved about freely in the box and suffered damage, that needed to be put right. Plus one of the components lists looked like bedding for a mouse. Caused by the movement of components. Some of the components required holes drilled due to misalignment of the original holes. Right at the end of assembly. The slot for the lid lock was found to be out of position. Not one of my best experiences.

This fire is stunning. The different colour combinations was a winner for me. They make the room feel warm even without the heat on. I like the way the hot air blows from the front and not the top. The only negative is that I wish it came with a white wire as the black wire stands out on the white wall. I would definitely recommend this fire.
