I paid for this and have still not received it, nor have I heard anything from this company Zero stars
Had my electrician install the fan unit yesterday and am delighted with how it looks in the living room and also with its function
Fan is quiet and effective
Light is very bright and adjustable with 3 settings
I’ll be getting another for my bedroom
Nice quality barbecue, assembly was challenging for me.

Fire looks and works great, little dent in the grill of it which I emailed them about and they messaged straight back with either replacement, part refund or voucher to use on there site. Great service
