3 days past warranty was up and completely stopped working, very expensive ornament. Terrible customer service, told warranty starts from purchase date and not delivery date. Do not buy, look in WAYFAIR Much better quality products.
A few days past warranty period and fire stopped working. Do not purchase..
After checking my records I didn’t receive product until early November which means it is under warranty but unfortunately their policy is from purchase date. So your warranty starts from purchase date even though you don’t have the product, shocking.
