Although it’s a really nice design and looks just as good in person, the comfort isn’t great. The foam is quite dense, especially when you first sit on it, it does get slightly softer after use, and I’m overall happy with it but there are a number of things I’d ideally improve.
As a bed it’s far too hard and I’ve had to purchase a very thick mattress topper for when people visit and use it as a bed.
The packaging is one huge cardboard box which meant I had to unpackage before taking it through the front door, it would be much better if shipped in separate boxes.

Parts missing. Old packaging delivered so difficult at this moment to get right parts to replace.

At first was made up with this radiator when it got placed in our new extension and was working fine up until recently and now won't work at all power goes to the unit with no heat being generated.
This unit was bought from Wilko's online I've had a back and forth discussion with customer service for 2 weeks now with no resolution.
Reason I came hear is to see if anyone else has had the same issue.
