C.Ā TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transitĀ within 14 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 04:00 PMĀ Greenwich Mean Time (London). Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

E.Ā CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order atĀ service@livingandhome.co.uk.
F.Ā CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee will apply.
G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need provide the receipt or proof of purchase to our after-sale team via email.
B. LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Living and Home provides a limited warranty for all products, effective for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is restricted to defects in workmanship that result in the product becoming non-functional under normal usage conditions. In the event that your product exhibits such defects within this period, we invite you to contact our After Sales team for assessment and appropriate remedial action, including repair or replacement of the product.
C. SUPPORT POST-WARRANTY
If your product becomes unusable after the warranty period, we still want to support your continued use of our products. Contact our After Sales team, and weāll offer a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your loyalty.
D. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you need to contact us at enquiries@livingandhome.co.ukĀ first.Ā Then we will notify you of other solutions or approval or rejection of your request.Ā If your return request is accepted, weāll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
E. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
F. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at enquiries@livingandhome.co.uk.
G. RETURN SHIPPINGĀ FEE
If the package is damaged, wrongly delivered, or defective, the fee generated in this process will be borne by us Living and Home. Otherwise, the fee should be borne by the customers.
H. REFUNDS
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the bill will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.Ā

Was unaware it came with bulb, little unsure whether filament type bulb is the right fit, going to try the opaque type.
I love the light. It was boxed well and would have been perfect. However, the weight of the cord pulled on the wooden beam that holds in where the lights go. And that caused it to twist and break. In fairness I did not reach out to the company. I tried to fix it myself as I already had an electrician coming. My budget job fix has worked well and it up. I like the look. Just a shame it came damaged.
Gate arrived, well packed and in good condition. The gate looks as good as the advert, my only concern is that it is not as substantial as I hoped but is not flimsy.
