After being told via text my delivery would be delivered last Thursday I’ve still not received the item it took 2 days to get someone to call back just to be told they have handed it to another department and they will call me back in a day crap service spend your money elsewhere

This is a very well designed product and all the parts are accurately manufactured.
WARNING - READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK THROUGH SEVERAL TIMES TO ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS THOROUGHLY.
The instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow but the assembly process is very fiddly in places and it’s easy to make a mistake if you rush.
Definitely need a second person and even the slightest breeze could blow the greenhouse down causing severe damage to parts at critical stages in the assembly.
The instructions say assembly takes about three hours but this is very optimistic. I built mine onto a previously prepared foundation. It took two six hour sessions (including sealing the window panes with silicone) but the extra time spent was worth it and the end result is solid and should last me many years.
Really lovely fire, looks great. It is a little noisy when the heater is on though.
