Item was clearly either ex display or a returned unit from a previous customer. Minor damage and scratches on wood work, missing parts such as washers, and screw holes missing on certain partsof the furniture
It is beautiful and so powerful and bright! My only criticism is that the instructions are absolutely pants!! The instructions included are useless and the qr code video instructions are in Chinese and are only half of the installation process so we had to guess the rest!! This needs addressing!! But apart from that the product is lovely and excellent quality.
Just had it fitted, very impressed with fan speed and it’s looking great.
Beautiful Light Had Slight Problem with light one crystal was missing from fitting was loose in box only way to fit was by glueing was offered replacement but that would have worked out expensive for me to have electrian take down then come back and refit extra cost. Lovely Gift ratton lamp is lovely very good company to deal with sort the little problem and quick response would buy from them again only gave 4 star because of loose crystal that l had to mess around with quality of product good fan very good 6 speeds
