If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
It is recommended that you contact our customer service department within one week of receiving your shipment.
However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, this 2024 sink features overall dimensions of 1205080 + 9.5CM, with a right-side basin design. The inner basin I measures 3132.515CM, while inner basin II measures 302813CM deep. This model includes a double-layer shelf, with a flat middle shelf for added storage. It is equipped with two 32MM holes for hot and cold water faucets and has a 2CM backing. Please note that the faucet is not included; customers are advised to purchase and install their own.
