Great product
We've been looking for a freestanding electric fire for sometime to sit in the corner of our conservatory where my partner likes to sit, relax ( recline) and watch her favourite TV programmes.
This one is slightly taller and narrower than the norm and fits into the available space perfectly. Furthermore with the remote control the LED flame display and temperature are fully controllable without having to leave your chair. Bought on a whim and turned out to be ideal. Thumbs up from us.
had 1 box arrive out of 3 contacted customer service which was very slow. Shed quality very very cheap a lot of the bits were bent and damaged and very sharp, very few of the holes lined up and if they did they just slighty lined up. instructions were very unclear on page 10 shed feels like its going to blow over and very unstable would not recommend!!!!!
The surround was damaged and the box you can see how it has got damaged
This shed took my sister and I three afternoons to build - very cheap thin metal with razor sharp edges which were all completely bent oit of shape. None of the predrilled holes aligned despite us reassembling it several times. Cheap - but I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product.
