We purchased this from Living & Home in May 2024 and it has sprung a leak just after the guarantee expired, we paid a plumber to fix it, but yesterday (18 months old) it has started leaking heavily from the thermostatic valve itself, and on inspection the plumber found the insides corroding and the base of the shower tower bodywas rotting away from the inside. We are going to have to replace the whole shower unit with a new one (it won't be another one of these), so although the shower only cost us £125 which seemed a bargain, it's going to have cost us more than three times that much by the time we have finished with replacement and repeated plumber costs. I guess you really do get what you pay for. You have been warned.

Arrived earlier than expected. Haven’t fitted it yet but have dry fit it to see measurements and look. Looks really good on the dry fit. When turned on its got a real quality look. Don’t know how the heat, haven’t used it, but visually it looks great! Good service too
The purchase still hasn't arrived, even though we paid more than a quarter of the shipping cost. The delivery company's website says the shipment will be delivered on November 4th. On Saturday, November 8th, someone showed up to deliver one package. He said the remaining two packages would be delivered on Monday morning, November 10th, and that it was important to be home at that time. We waited another day. No one showed up, and the purchase hasn't arrived. I can't rate this item.
