Not what I wanted. Very tedious to return. Proof of posting, package received no confirmation of refund. YET!!

We can see that you shared a return tracking number before we were able to confirm the correct return address. At the moment, we’re unable to verify which address the item was sent to, and unfortunately we can only process a refund once the item has been returned to our authorised return address and received by our warehouse.
We have previously contacted you by email to clarify the return address details, but we haven’t yet received a response. Could you please kindly confirm the full return address the parcel was sent to? Once we are able to verify this and confirm receipt of the item at the correct location, we will arrange the refund promptly.
