Lamp is great but instructions to put together are wrong. Managed to figure it out but others might give up!
Not had time to commission the parasol but on first inspection looks well designed and made from quality items. Nuts and bolts are engineered items that fit together properly and the canopy looks substantial as do the structural pieces. The tilt mechanism is very well balanced needing only a light touch to reset. The base is in proportion to its job
Sadly this was all let down by the delivery which with a window of 08:00-18:00 arrived totally unannounced by a text or doorbell and dumped unceremoniously stacked at my front door in full site off and near the main road. The delivery report said "signed safe" a blatant lie. Be careful who you partner with your reputation is in their hands!

Speedy Delivery and excelllet item.would be great if you offered the cover as part of the package. Great item, nice solidquality, as withstood the winds of the last few months with ease.
Great website great products always been the best for us and hope these will be too. Just getting electrician to install them (ceiling ligts with fans)
