About our Fabric
All our fabrics undergo rigorous testing to ensure they provide many years of fault free use. We test all our fabrics to surpass the British Standard 2543 for general domestic upholstery fabrics. All our fabrics are tested for strength (tensile/burst, tear and seam slippage), abrasion and pilling resistance, and colour fastness to light, rubbing and water.

Returns Policy
At Living and Home we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 30 day return policy on all products.
If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs. (We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
However if you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs. The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Can I change my existing order?
Once you have placed an order, unfortunately you won’t be able to make any changes to your products, but if you require delivery or contact detail changes, please email enquiries@livingandhome.co.uk.
