If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)

However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

Operation Guide
- Attach the high-pressure hose to the pressure water outlet of the machine.
- Attach the spray handle to the high-pressure hose.
- Mount the nozzle or any other equipment you want to use.
- Connect the machine to the water and power supplies.
- Rotate the nozzle to select a spray pattern from approximately0° to 60°.
- Turn the machine on and squeeze the trigger for activation.
- Follow the sequence of "rinse with water - spray detergent- rinse with water" and clean from the bottom to the top.
- Turn off the motor and water supply, squeeze the trigger to reduce the pressure.
