My parasol originally arrived missing several accessories which was initially disappointing but the helpful customer service team made sure I had a complete replacement a couple of days later.
Don't waste your money, the roof leaks I've asked them to sort it out to be told to silicon the holes to stop it leaking and it's not just one place it's about 7 places it leaks from, they've told me they'll refund me only if I dismantle it and send it back somehow even tho I've had.a base made for it to privately
