Service and delivery was quick
My son put it up in about 4 hrs , put i passed him the screws, he is a joiner so nifty with a screw driver, i neally didnt buy this due to the recuring feedback about how difficult assembly was , but my son said it was easy
It looks good , although he did build a base and had to realign adoor so it locked
Asking for a review but it’s not been delivered and still can’t get a delivery date!
Horrible, my product is not even dispatched yet, talkless of recieving it. Cant wait to get my refund.
Really good unit feels very sturdy and solid! Easy to put together only down fall was led lights don’t stick properly to under the unit! But other than this fantastic fire place makes it feel very warm and homely.
Can not give a review on my purchase because I have not received it yet after 14days, not very happy with the poor response regarding delivery, can only communicate via email l wonder why?
