The umbrella was easy to assemble and use. It provides a lot of shade and will be an asset on these hot and sunny days.

Arrived well packaged, on opening found all the parts well packed and undamaged. The instructions aren't easy to read ie which way up the parts fit into base spent a lot of time having to undo and reassemble which could have easily been avoided if they had been marked top / bottom. Unrealistic construction time as well unless you have built one before.
It hasn't arrived thank to you courier and I cant track it have sent you two emails regarding this.
