Sent the wrong item
It is very difficult and expensive to return items. I made a mistake and ordered wrong size of fireplace, after many emails - most of which arrived in the middle of the night they said they would take it back and charged me £54 for the pick up even though I was ordering a smaller fire from them - the replacement has still not arrived. Communication is slow and returning super expensive which they do not make clear - would purchase elsewhere and would not use this company again so please be aware.

We understand your concerns, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused. Please kindly note that the £54 collection fee was charged by the courier based on the large size and weight of the 100-inch fireplace. This fee goes directly to the courier company, and we do not profit from it.
Regarding the replacement item, it has already been dispatched and is currently in transit. The standard delivery timeframe is 3–7 working days, and your order is still within this expected window. We will follow up with the courier to help expedite the delivery.

Really great product, excellent build quality and really good price, delivered on time.
Gorgeous fan light, very much a statement piece as very large, the fan blades are at the top and retract so not obvious unless on.
The only downside and we were very close to sending it back is that it has no instructions of how to fix it together or how to wire it. There were very basic English written instructions on the wiring but not very clear and the scan code available to help takes you to a video of someone showing the wiring but speaks in Chinese. We managed but it was very testing.

This is a fantastic parasol for the price. Instructions could have been clearer (especially bit about how to insert the main upright into the umbrella) but very happy with end result
