Great service but very disappointed when box arrived and it was allbthe box and polystyrene was smashed I checked the contents and everything seemed to be ok but not what I was expecting from a quality brand !

I ordered a £100 ceiling light which was delivered and left outside behind my bins during rainy weather. I contacted customer service because the item is electrical and I was concerned about possible water damage. While responses have been polite, the company has so far refused to provide a prepaid return and has asked me to cover return costs unless I can prove the item is faulty. I have explained to them that my concern is not visible cosmetic damage but potential water ingress into an electrical product after it was left exposed to rain The matter remains unresolved and has been escalated through PayPal. I will update this review when a final resolution is reached.
It is beautiful and so powerful and bright! My only criticism is that the instructions are absolutely pants!! The instructions included are useless and the qr code video instructions are in Chinese and are only half of the installation process so we had to guess the rest!! This needs addressing!! But apart from that the product is lovely and excellent quality.
Just had it fitted, very impressed with fan speed and it’s looking great.
