It’s hard to give a review on something that hasn’t arrived and no phone number to contact is poor. Only option to email and wait for a response

I have not yet received this item, customer care has told me they are investigating but still no update- very disappointed.

I’d give 0 stars if I could…. Still haven’t received after ordering 10 days ago, theirs no phone number, just an email which no one ever responds too…. Beginning to think this is a scam
