The fireplace is STUNNING!! We had a minor issue however, customer services sorted it out without any issue. Looks lovely in our lounge. Everybody has commented. Very Happy😄

As described, functional and smart looking. All parts were supplied and instructions were almost infallible - I only had two occasions to go backwards to correct mistakes. Estimated 2-3 hours construction was well underestimated. It took about 5 hours to remove the plastic film protecting the panels during transit. Very happy with purchase and consider the bike shed very good value for money.
