Terrible I wanted return my fire I bought coz it no use to me as I thought I was getting the fireplace too so now I’m stuck with I fire I don’t need and not going to use I have ask to To return this fire and company not letting me return it won’t sent me out a return label I will never buy from here agin I’m 200 pounds out for something I’m never going to use
Now it’s up the product is exactly what we needed and looks great but be warned, it does take two people, you need good dexterity and a lot of patience. The first thing you need to do is take the layer of plastic off. Tip- do not try the heat method. If you look carefully there are tiny perforated lines start there and it does come off in strips. Follow the instructions carefully (unfortunately they aren’t very clear) but we did manage to erect both bins and join them together in around four/five hours. They are sturdy and look great at the front of the house with all the new bins, bags, boxes etc we now have to use under the new regulations So all in all- a bit of a chew but happy with the delivery, the price and the product. This is not the first one of these storage sheds we have bought so knew before we purchased this one what the task was. The company were good and kept us in touch with delivery times and emailed us back straight away when we thought we had a wrong part (the instructions were the problem not the part) and were very helpful. Beautiful lampshade. Speedy delivery and great communication. Faultless. Bought the same shade from a different company and after 4 weeks it never arrived. It took a living and Home just a couple of days !
