If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.(We require proof for faulty or incorrect items e.g photos or videos)
It is recommended that you contact our customer service department within one week of receiving your shipment.
However, if you change your mind after receiving the goods or cancel the order after delivery, if you need to return the product, you will need to return the product at your own expense. If we need to collect the goods, you will need to pay the corresponding collection fee based on the value of the goods.

- Handle the glass front panel with extreme caution.
OPERATION GUIDE
- Bluetooth Link
- Turn on the heater.
- Activate the cellular data, WiFi and Bluetooth functions on your phone.
- Connect by selecting the Bluetooth name "JX-BT."
- Confirmation of a successful link will be indicated by a beep emitted from the machine.
- Panel Control
- Press the Rocker Switch to connect/disconnect the power supply.
- Press the Power Button to turn on/off the heater.
- Press the Flame Button to control the flame brightness from Level 1 to 6, L3 is the default level.
- Press the Time Button to set the working time from 1 to 9 hours.
- Press the Heating Button to control the temperature: once for low, twice for high, again for off.
- MP3/FM Playing
- USB and SD card interfaces allow for direct connection and usage.
- Connected to the phone separately, keypad and app link are not available.
- Infrared/Bluetooth Remote Control
