I do not know how you expect me to review a product when I have not received it despite chasing on a daily basis. Very poor service and buying from this business needs to be avoided at all costs!
Not happy with this purchase. There are too many parts to assemble, last count was 105 pieces, and almost 300 screws. It would of made more sense to modular the sections in larger sections to assemble together, which would of helped to create a more stronger unit.
The panels are very thin, more like plastic coated cardboard. Any screw fixing into the panels very weak, more like a peg fitting than a screw fitting.
If I had seen this shed on display somewhere, I would walked away fast...I have seen better built children playhouses.
Dear Garry Pelling,
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the shed did not meet your expectations regarding assembly and quality. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the large number of parts and the thin panels.
Your comments are very valuable, and we’ll be passing them along to our product team to review the design and assembly process. In the meantime, if there are any missing or damaged parts or if you need extra guidance to complete the installation, please let us know—we’ll be happy to provide support or replacement parts to help.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’d like to do our best to improve it for you. Please feel free to reply to this message, and we’ll see how we can assist further.
Best Regards,

This has been the most frustrating greenhouse to erect. The nuts and bolts are tiny and trying to construct it has been a nightmare. You get one bit up and put in the window and another window pops out, or a piece of metal falls down. There is absolutely no margin for error and as the nuts and bolts are so tiny, it can take ages to just screw two of them in. I nearly gave up. It has so far taken me about eight hours on my own plus three more hours with three of us, plus another hour with two of us and we still haven't finished. The instructions are relatively clear and I'm sure the final product will be ok but be warned, you will need tons of patience.
Dear Maggie,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that assembling the greenhouse has been so frustrating. We understand how challenging it can be, especially with the small nuts and bolts and the careful patience required.
We truly appreciate your efforts and perseverance in putting it together. If you encounter any further difficulties or need any guidance to complete the assembly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we’re more than happy to provide additional support or tips to make the process easier.
We hope that once fully assembled, your greenhouse brings you much enjoyment. Thank you again for your patience and feedback, it really helps us improve.
Best Regards,
