I bought this umbrella from Littlewoods, it’s the living and home one . When I went to use it after I had it in the box for a few months, there was no solar panel and no screws to secure the pole, contacted Littlewoods who said all they could do was give me a £25 refund, and to contact living and home to see if I could get the parts, I have been trying to contact the company for days, can anyone help??? There was another review saying they didn’t get the solar panel too.
Fan is amazing and its a beautiful light fitting. Only downside is that when you turn it on with the remote the lightswitch doesn't work until you turn it off with the remote which is a bit annoying.
