Fantastic sturdy safe shed
I would give no stars if possible as I’m being charged £120 as I wanted to cancel the order!

To explain the situation clearly, your cancellation request was made due to personal circumstances after the sofa had already been processed and booked with the courier. For large furniture items, once the delivery has entered the carrier’s system, the courier applies fixed shipping and cancellation charges, even if the delivery is stopped or returned before reaching the customer.
The £120 deducted was not a penalty, but the actual logistics cost charged by the courier for this order once it was in transit. If the cancellation had been requested before dispatch, no charge would have applied.

Delivery came in two parts but on time.There is no customer service number but email response was quicker. Product is according to it's description.

Lovely looking sofabed. However one of the wooden pieces arrived cracked which they are replacing. However, the legs that support the bed sections have been sewn into the inner lining and there is no way of getting them out without cutting the lining. I have asked customer service about this and they are responding to my emails but do not understand the issue so are not helping right now. I am hoping they can help me and solve the issue soon.
